Tudor Cay Condominiums News
Thank You Members of Tudor Cay
Dear Members of Tudor Cay Condominiums,
I am honored by your support and vote to be a part of the HOA Board of Directors, thank you for the opportunity. And thank you to the current Board of Directors for your vote to lead as Board President, I look forward to working with each of you.
I want to specifically thank the prior Board of Directors for their stewardship and efforts over the past year, it was an intensive year of recovery and your leadership helped us to where we are today. Lastly, a big thank you to John Pendlebury, our outgoing President. John brought a wealth of expertise to our community and I am grateful he will remain as our Member at Large. Thank you John!
My agenda for the work ahead revolves around the following goals:
- Make HOA dues more affordable.
- Increase the value of your investment here in the community.
- Foster an environment where differences of opinion can be heard in a constructive way, that leads to the betterment of our community.
I presented a 10-point list of goals I will work towards implementing, and our community will need your help and support in making these a reality. It will take effort and dedication, and I firmly believe that together we can achieve great things.
With that in mind, I need your help and assistance. You, as a Member of the community, are an integral part of the above-mentioned goals. As your President I will be implementing Committees who will be staffed by Members not serving on the Board. These individuals will play an integral role in shaping the year to come. Our initial committees will be as follows:
- Committee for Financial Oversight.
- Committee for Contractual Oversight.
- Committee for the Enforcement of Rules and Regulations.
During our first board meeting (TBD) we will assign volunteers to these, three Members to a committee. Next week I will send out additional information on each committee's duties. I ask you to please volunteer, we cannot implement needed oversight without your support.
I look forward to the year to come, and the challenges it presents. Thank you for your vote of confidence.
Sincerely,
Matt Kenna

URGENT NOTICE: Water Service Interruption – Buildings A, B, and C
URGENT NOTICE: Water Service Interruption - Buildings A, B, and C
Dear Residents,
We sincerely apologize for the unexpected water shut-off currently affecting Buildings A, B, and C.
A major leak was discovered in the main water line serving these buildings. This was an unforeseen break that could not be predicted or scheduled, so unfortunately we were unable to provide advance notice.
Our maintenance team is on-site and working as quickly and safely as possible to complete the repair. We understand how inconvenient this is-especially on short notice-and we are doing everything we can to restore water service as soon as possible.
We will send an update as soon as water is turned back on. In the meantime, please conserve any remaining water you may have for essential needs.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
If you have any questions, please contact the management office or on-site staff.
Sincerely,
Tudor Cay Condominium Assocation

Important Update: Transition to Our New Management System
Important Update: Transition to Our New Management System
Dear Residents,
We are excited to announce that we have successfully transitioned to a new, more efficient management system! As part of this process, all account balances have been transferred to the new program, including your December 2025 dues.
Here's what you need to know:
- Your December dues are officially due on December 1, 2025, with a grace period until December 15, 2025.
- You may notice that your current invoice shows a due date of 11/25/2025 and lists the "total due." Please disregard this due date - it is a temporary reflection of the day that the balances were transferred to the new system..
- The correct due date for your December dues remains December 1, 2025 (with grace period through December 15, 2025).
After our upcoming budget meeting, we will update all accounts with the finalized monthly dues amount moving forward and send updated statements reflecting the accurate ongoing dues.
Thank you for your patience during this transition. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with a smoother and more accurate billing experience.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the management office.
Warm regards,
Tudor Cay Condominiums Association
